Paper Accepted for a Talk at CogSci 2025

Our research on Bayesian modeling of social cognition has been accepted for oral presentation at the 47th Annual Meeting of the Cognitive Science Society (CogSci2025).

The paper, titled “A Bayesian Model of Mind Reading from Decisions and Emotions in Social Dilemmas,” presents a computational framework for understanding how humans infer others’ mental states based on observed decisions and emotional responses during social interactions. This work, led by Professor Kazunori Terada in collaboration with researchers from the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL), the University of Lisbon, and the University of Southern California, advances our understanding of the cognitive mechanisms underlying social intelligence.
